A Production Manager in the advertising industry oversees the execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring that all aspects run smoothly and efficiently. They are responsible for coordinating different departments and professionals, such as designers, copywriters, and clients, to meet project deadlines and stay within budget. Other duties include managing production costs, negotiating contracts with vendors, scheduling and monitoring production processes, and solving any issues that arise during the production phase. They also ensure that the final output aligns with the client's objectives and standards.
