The right candidate will be outgoing, energetic, and ready to connect with local businesses across the region, helping them grow through creative advertising and marketing solutions.

About the Job:

Vista Radio has an immediate opening for a full-time Marketing Strategist (Account Executive) serving the North Bay, ON market.

What you’ll do

• Bring your energy, enthusiasm, and creativity to work each day to help local businesses succeed
• Work with small to medium-sized businesses to understand their business cycles and advertising needs
• Design creative radio and digital advertising campaigns that help clients reach their marketing goals
• Prospect and build relationships with new clients across the region
• Provide ongoing support to ensure excellent client service and strong long-term partnerships
• Coordinate creative from initial sales meetings through preparation of advertisements for client approval
• Maintain awareness of client needs and business challenges to offer relevant solutions
• Manage account receivables and ensure timely follow-up with clients

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment that requires both teamwork and individual initiative
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable, fully insured vehicle
