OverviewThe Account Executive (AE) supports the day-to-day management of one of Saatchi & Saatchi’s key accounts, Toyota. Working closely with the Account Director, this role helps manage the flow of work across teams, keeps projects on track, and supports clear communication between the client and the agency. This opportunity allows you to be closely involved in the big project work on the account and to develop professionally by working alongside experienced leaders
Responsibilities- Support the day-to-day account management of the Toyota business, acting as a key point of contact between the client and internal teams
- Partner closely with the Account Director to deliver integrated campaigns across multiple channels (including broadcast , digital, social, web, search and production)
- Coordinate internal workflows across creative, strategy, production, and media teams to ensure projects move forward on time and on brief
- Manage project timelines, status documents, project financials, competitive activity and production deliverables, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist with briefing, reviewing, and trafficking creative assets, ensuring all materials are client-ready
- Prepare client-facing materials including status updates, presentations, decks, and recap documents
- Build strong working relationships with clients, vendors, and internal partners
- Track feedback, approvals, and revisions, keeping all stakeholders aligned
- Support budget tracking and reconciliation, flagging issues or risks as needed
- Demonstrate curiosity and interest in the client’s business, brand, and category
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in an advertising or marketing agency environment
- Previous experience in an Account Executive or Account Coordinator role is required
- Excellent organization and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across disciplines
- High attention to detail and ability to follow through on deliverables
- Proactive, solutions-oriented attitude with a desire to learn and grow
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Automotive experience is not required , but considered an asset

Salary
Transparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is $55,000-$65,000 CAD per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data .
