Producer Jobs in Minnesota

In the advertising industry, a Producer manages all aspects of a project from conception to completion. They play a pivotal role in developing and executing advertising campaigns. This involves tasks such as coordinating with clients, overseeing the creative process, managing budgets, scheduling project timelines, and ensuring that the final product meets the client's requirements and quality standards. As leaders of the production team, they often work with scriptwriters, directors, and other creative professionals, and also liaise with vendors and other external partners.

Producers should have excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of the creative process and advertising industry. They should also have strong budgeting, scheduling, and project management skills. Knowledge of industry-specific software and digital media platforms is often required. Some Producers may have a Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field. Prior to becoming a Producer, individuals often gain experience in roles such as Production Assistant, Creative Coordinator, or Account Executive.
