Commercial Insurance Producer We are partnered with a growing independent brokerage in Suffolk County that is seeking a commercial producer to join their dynamic team. They have access to most carriers and offer above market commission structure. This role is perfect for a self-starter with strong sales acumen and a genuine passion for helping clients secure the right insurance solutions. We're especially interested in producers with a proven history in middle market commercial accounts. You'll be responsible for generating new business, building lasting client relationships, and consistently achieving sales goals. Key Responsibilities: Prospect, develop, and close new insurance business opportunities. Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and excellent service. Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend tailored coverage options. Present quotes, proposals, and policy options to clients. Collaborate closely with underwriters and service teams to deliver the best solutions. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Stay up to date on industry trends, carrier products, and compliance regulations. What the Company Offers: Base salary plus commission structure of 50/35%.
