As an Interaction Designer, you'll apply user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences from concept to execution, working with design partners to evolve the Google design language to build beautiful, innovative products. In this role, you will work closely with other UX Designers, UX Engineers, UX Researchers, Industrial Designers, Product leads and Hardware teams to bring spatial experiences to life, shaping how users interact with this groundbreaking technology, and laying the foundation for new interaction models and design patterns that influence future product generations. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000-$231,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions. Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, or high fidelity prototypes. Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates. Advocate for the prioritization of design centered changes, refinements, and improvements.
