Job Summary
Associate Producer role supporting global brand content production across digital and media channels. Focus areas include schedules, budgets, vendor coordination, asset tracking, script/version updates, and delivery support in a fast-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Support production schedules, estimates, budgets, and vendor coordination.
• Manage asset tracking, logs, file distribution, and wrap documentation.
• Assist with script updates, voice-over coordination, rough cut review, and final delivery QC.
• Work cross-functionally with creative, strategy, project management, and procurement teams.

Must-Have Skills

• 3+ years in production at a brand, agency, or production company.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere; basic After Effects preferred.
• Strong with Microsoft Office, OneDrive, SharePoint, and production coordination tools.
• High attention to detail, ability to manage deadlines, and comfort in fast-changing environments.
• Portfolio required with resume.
