User Experience Designer

Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a User Experience Designer to join their dynamic team. As a User Experience Designer, you will be part of the Digital Strategy Department supporting innovative customer experience initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong creativity, excellent communication skills, and a passion for designing impactful digital solutions, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: User Experience Designer

Location: Irving, TX (Onsite role with hybrid work arrangement: 3 days onsite and 2 remote)

What's the Job?

• Develop and execute customer experience solutions for online applications and websites
• Manage the design, creation, and production of customer experience elements from concept through completion
• Utilize user-centered design tools such as wireframes, prototypes, site maps, and task flows to craft engaging digital experiences
• Review and analyze complex projects, potentially leading teams of user-centered design specialists
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into innovative design solutions and ensure project milestones are met

What's Needed?

• 3-5 years of experience in user experience design, with excellent Figma skills
• Experience in finance services, specifically banking, is highly preferred
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Knowledge of human-centered design thinking and experience design principles
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and present complex concepts in a simplified manner to build consensus
