Disclaimer:

To qualify for the Sign-On Bonus, employees must maintain an average of at least 30 hours per week (130 hours per month) during the bonus eligibility period. The bonus will be paid in two installments: $250 after successfully completing 30 days of employment and an additional $750 after successfully completing 90 days of employment. Employees must be actively employed and in good standing at the time each bonus payment is issued.
