Responsibilities- Ensures all legislative sessions and designated meetings, programs, segments and events are ingested, routed to modulator channels and webcasts, monitored for audio/video quality, and entered into databases.
- Oversees Feeds operations and team (USPS and OPS) to ensure that established procedures, standards and timelines are maintained.
- Monitors archive space regularly and archives files as needed. Maintains the TFC nomenclature document and regularly checks video assets for file name consistency.
- Maintains and updates the department manual as needed. Makes sure staff is trained and performing work according to quality standards.
- Catalogues, organizes, maintains physical and digital content libraries. Reviews and digitizes physical media and adds searchable metadata. Assists in processing dub requests.
- Assists in other departments, including Web and Master Control.
A Bachelor's degree and two years of experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent and six years of experience. (Note: a combination of post high school education and experience equal to six years.)
