Darigold is seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Marketing Communications Manager to join our Marketing team! The Associate Marketing Communications Manager supports the Senior Manager of Marketing Communications in bringing the Darigold brand to life across channels and audiences.

This role blends operational discipline with creative support—executing integrated communications plans, managing key logistics and serving as a connective thread across agency partners, internal teams and customer-facing programs. It is an ideal role for an early-career marketer who is eager to grow, organize and contribute across a dynamic and collaborative marketing environment.

What You Will Do:

  • Support the Senior Manager in building integrated marketing communications plans that align brand strategy with business objectives.
  • Execute plans inside Retail Media Network customer portals, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Drive Agency partner Action Register next steps and timelines, ensuring accountability and follow-through across all agency deliverables.
  • Organize and execute B2C summits 2–4 times per year, including building decks and agendas, coordinating speakers and managing all event logistics.
  • Support Senior Brand Managers on deck building and storytelling for internal and external presentations.
  • Support sponsorship strategy by helping to manage and organize logistics of key events and brand sponsorships.
  • General marketing and commercial team support and B2B support when needed.
  • Help manage internal communication programs and support employee engagement alignment initiatives.
  • Join the Senior Manager on customer and vendor meetings to capture strategic notes, action items and next steps.
  • Budget and invoice management, including tracking spend against planned tactics.
  • Act as the gatekeeper for incoming customer and co-pack requests—including RFPs—regarding quality, capabilities and other upfront informational needs. This is a facilitation role and is not designed to replace QA or operational responsibilities.

What You Will Bring:

  • 1–3 years of progressive experience in marketing communications, brand strategy or a related field.
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Understanding of marketing communications, brand strategy and audience engagement.
  • Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills across formats and platforms.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling messages.
  • Skilled in managing cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms and content management systems.
