Creative Coordinator

Handle correspondence with clients on video, design and branding projects as well as website builds Coordinate with account and client teams to set and maintain deadlines and scopes for upcoming projects Participate in brainstorming and executing concepts for design, branding, web development, and video creative Provide Quality Assurance to creative projects Work with the internal team to coordinate travel for video shoots Work with the Creative Director to ensure that best practices are followed for workflows across the Creative teamWork closely with the Creative Partner to coordinate scheduling and correspondence Provide regular internal updates on project management software to ensure that project status is labeled and updated correctly.
