It\'s what we call \"The Pelham Experience.\" The Marketing Communications Coordinator will promote the company\'s products & services to existing & prospective customers by supporting the creation, implementation, & tracking of digital & traditional marketing campaigns across various marketing channels. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Supports & coordinates with the MP & AGM as well as sales & outside marketing representatives to fully understand & assist in executing the organizational marketing needs. Assists in gathering & researching data on current campaigns & benchmark competition to help identify the most effective communications technique. Assists in developing communications campaigns, which may include social & online media, print media, direct mail, & other multimedia. Compiles & organizes design ideas & recommendations for review by the MP, AGM, outside marketing firm &/or sales team. Supports the creation & coordinates multimedia packages. Assists in preparing & formatting presentations for senior management review. Schedules & assists with filming scripts & coordinates production. Attends trade shows & supports research of best practices to assist in improving marketing impact. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Strong verbal & written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Basic analytical & problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Education & Experience Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or related field. One to three years of related experience writing & editing projects; portfolio of relevant previous projects preferred. Hospitality background preferred; must be comfortable working across dynamic environments-including kitchens, restaurants, & event spaces-to capture on-the-ground photo & video content Physical Requirements: Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, & place objects weighing less than or equal to 40 pounds. Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening & hearing ability & visual acuity. Must be able to sit, stand or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift (range from 8-12 hours). Reach overhead & below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, & stooping. Work environment includes a fast-paced setting with varying noise & temperature levels.
