Title: Graphic Designer
Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to concept and execute high-impact marketing, advertising, and communication solutions. The ideal candidate possesses a mastery of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and brand identity. In this role, you will bring multi-channel campaigns to life, developing everything from print collateral and presentations to digital assets and corporate identity systems.
Key Responsibilities
70% | Design Concepting & Production
Creative Execution: Concept, design, and produce compelling marketing assets across digital, print, and environmental mediums.
Process Optimization: Continuously improve creative workflows, file organization structures, and team production systems.
Documentation: Establish and document design best practices and creative processes.
Vendor Management: Partner with printers, external agencies, and production vendors to ensure flawless project execution and fulfillment.
10% | Creative Strategy & Consultation
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the broader Marketing team to support corporate initiatives, attend project briefings, and present creative concepts.
Strategic Planning: Assist in developing and executing integrated, strategic communication plans for company-wide initiatives.
Research: Conduct topical research to inform and elevate creative concepts.
10% | Project Management & Planning
Workflow Coordination: Align with marketing project managers to prioritize tasks, streamline cross-divisional communication, and proactively resolve project roadblocks.
5% | Compliance & Administration
Operational Standards: Complete required HR training, legal reviews, and administrative tasks tailored to the role.
5% | Professional Development & Mentorship
Skill Advancement: Stay ahead of industry trends and design best practices, sharing knowledge to mentor and elevate fellow creative team members.
Role Requirements & Qualifications
Education & Experience
Degree: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Visual Communications, or a related field.
In Lieu of Degree: An additional 4 years of relevant design experience (7 years total).
Experience: 3+ years of professional design experience supported by a strong portfolio that demonstrates versatility across different media and audiences.
