Web Designer We are hiring a talented Web Designer to join our dynamic team in Washington. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet client requirements. You will work closely with the development team to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities: - Design and develop website layouts, user interfaces, graphics, and banners - Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to present to clients for approval - Collaborate with the development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately - Regularly update and maintain existing websites with new content and features - Conduct regular usability testing to ensure optimal user experience - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design Requirements: - Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) - Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Strong understanding of UX/UI principles - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field - Experience designing for responsive/mobile websites - Experience with content management systems (CMS) - Knowledge of SEO principles Salary: $1200/month (negotiable based on experience) Accommodation: Provided by company Visa/Work Permit: Provided by company Language Requirement: English (basic proficiency required)
