Purpose of the JobWe seek a dynamic Client Engagement Production Coordinator responsible for supporting the Account Director, Account Manager, and other account team members in developing and coordinating projects, and production through delivery. Responsibilities include liaising with internal HH Global teams, agency partners, and suppliers. The primary focus will be to deliver exceptional customer service to the client - ensuring all involved adhere to specified deadlines and budgets, negotiating costs within defined limits and time frames for each job to ensure that internal procedures are always followed. The ideal candidate will have production experience and the ability to work with complex projects and diverse teams.This will be a hybrid position based in Chicago, IL This role will be required to be on-site 2-3 days per week, with the ability to work from home the remaining days.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Account Management team on reporting requests to help support client objectives.Support the Account PM team on buy milestones such as compiling master requests for quote (RFQ) documents to send out to supplier partners.Support the Account PM team on centrally funded ad hoc orders - reporting, job entry, and PPT presentation decksSupport the Account manager QC and compile portfolio wide buy decksDevelop a strong working understanding of the client's business model and needsAssist in developing a strategy to meet client business needsBuild trust and rapport with the client, fellow team members, agency partners, and suppliersStay apprised of trends in the marketing/advertising space and advise as applicable to the clientEnsure strong quality standards are upheld, and HH Global's image is positively reflected in all work

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

Bachelor's degree in related disciplineAbility to build relationships with internal and external teams and leadershipAbility to communicate confidently with internal team members, track projects, work with other agency partners, and coordinate all production projectsExcellent written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas and campaigns to both the client and internal teamsAbility to identify, interpret, and prioritize business requestsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyProficient with Microsoft applications, specifically Excel. Familiarity with Smartsheet and Power BI a plus

The US base salary range for this position is $45,000 to $55,000 annually. Actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors that are unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, education, certifications and work location. This range may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus targets, benefits and/or other applicable incentives in addition to base salary.
