Corporate Marketing Coordinator In office required This is a full time position based out of our Irvine office Pay range 3000 3250 per hour The Corporate Marketing Coordinator works closely with the Marketing and Creative teams to facilitate the effective development and implementation of corporate marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand awareness generating leads and supporting business objectives All responsibilities must be completed in accordance with Company policies and procedures current standards guidelines and regulations Position Responsibilities Support direct mail and email campaigns by sharing strategic ideas and overseeing the approval processCollaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure all public facing content aligns with branding requirementsReview edit and approve on hold scripts and recordings for each CommunityKeep training and onboarding materials referral partner agreements marketing team roster and model room and furniture inventory up to dateAssist in comprehensive website management to maintain current contentParticipate in quarterly marketing event campaigns by managing website content and call tracking numbersCollaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure access is granted to CRM call tracking system and other required system accessOther duties as assignedGeneral Duties Able to travel based on need and priority Adhere to Company travel policies and guidelinesMaintain a safe and secure environment for all team members and visitors following established safety proceduresAs required complete annual and monthly training attend scheduled in services and mandatory meetings Maintain all required certificationslicensuresDemonstrate flexibility in work schedule as evidenced by working holidays evenings weekends and additional shifts when necessary to ensure adequate coverage within the departmentDisplay tact and friendliness when interacting with team members and visitorsEncourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with team members and other departmentsPerform other duties as assignedQualifications Must be at least eighteen 18 years of ageHigh School Diploma or equivalent required Prefer two 2 or more years of collegeuniversity educationPrefer experience in Senior Housing IndustryExceptional ability to write clear brand aligned copy to maintain a consistent voiceStrong proofreading and editing skillsExperience in writing as part of a brand identityExperience with various marketing software and social media platforms including Facebook Business ManagerAble to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs and Google SuiteAble to adapt and respond to change make decisions and prioritize tasks and projectsMust be highly motivated and able to work independentlyMust pass a Criminal Background checkMay require team members to vaccinate participate in daily screening surveillance testing and to wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment PPE to prevent the spread of the COVID 19 or other communicable diseases per regulatory guidelinesWith communities across California Hawaii and Nevada opportunities for career growth relocation and travel are significant In addition eligible team members may enjoy the following benefits Medical Dental and Vision benefitsVacation Personal Day Sick Pay HolidaysComplimentary MealsCompany Paid Life InsuranceTeam Member Discount Program LifeMart401k Savings Plan with Company MatchRecognition ProgramsStudent Loan RefinancingPet InsuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramEmergency Financial AssistanceOakmont Management Group based in Irvine California is a recognized leader in the senior living industry that manages a portfolio of communities under the Oakmont Senior Living and Ivy Living brands OMG serves thousands of seniors across communities in California Nevada and Hawaii At OMG we strive to create an atmosphere of family and community among team members residents and resident family members We know that caring and meaningful relationships are the foundation of a rewarding life and our team is hand selected for their skills previous experience and passion for working with the elderly Our practice is to incorporate joy and laughter alongside our expectations of excellence Walk into our communities and feel our pride of ownership and commitment to service Oakmont Management Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer
