Marketing (SEM) & Social Media Coordinator Part-Time

Our growing private orthodontic practice is looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our team part-time! This position will work closely with our full-time Marketing Coordinator to help grow our brand presence, connect with our community, and support the continued growth of our fast-paced, fun orthodontic practice.

Responsibilities Include:
Managing and growing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
Creating engaging content including posts, stories, photos, and videos
Assisting with marketing campaigns and promotions
Supporting website updates and overall website management
Managing and monitoring Google Ads campaigns
Assisting with SEO optimization and online presence strategies
Collaborating with our Marketing Coordinator on branding and outreach efforts
Helping maintain a consistent and engaging online brand presence
Strong attention to detail with the ability to track, analyze, and report ROI on marketing and advertising campaigns
Experience monitoring ad performance metrics and adjusting strategies to maximize engagement and return on investment

What Were Looking For:
Experience managing social media platforms for a business or brand
Experience with SEO, Google Ads, and website management
Strong communication and organizational skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
Photography/video editing experience is a plus!
