OverviewWe are looking for a Strategist who is adept in CRM and experience marketing, with a strong ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear, actionable strategic narratives.
This role will support internal and external strategy discussions, with a focus on audit work, analysis, creative brief development, and strategic storytelling. The Strategist will contribute across multiple product lines and go-to-market executions, helping translate data, insights, and stakeholder inputs into clear, strategic direction.
This is a cross-functional role that plays a critical part in connecting performance insights, customer behavior, and lifecycle strategy across CRM channels.
ResponsibilitiesStrategic Analysis & Audit
Conduct deep-dive audits across CRM channels (email, SMS, push, digital) to identify opportunities and gaps
Analyze performance data and translate findings into actionable insights
Connect individual campaign performance to broader customer lifecycle impacts
Synthesis & Storytelling
Synthesize inputs from briefs, audits, data, and stakeholder feedback into clear strategic recommendations
Package complex ideas into simple, compelling narratives for internal and client audiences
Develop structured presentations that clearly communicate strategy and insights
Cross-Channel Strategy Development
Support the development of lifecycle strategies across CRM touchpoints
Develop creative briefs that help translate strategy into compelling creative output
Identify upstream and downstream impacts of campaigns within the customer journey
Bring a holistic view of how programs connect across channels
Team Support & Collaboration
Support the broader strategy team on high-priority initiatives, including audits and deep dives
Flex across brands and workstreams to support evolving team needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between strategy and execution
Qualifications
Core Capabilities
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and identify trends
Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear, structured outputs
Strong storytelling and presentation skills, including building decks and framing narratives
High level of curiosity and a proactive approach to problem solving
Comfort with emerging AI tools and the ability to apply them thoughtfully to research, analysis, and content development
CRM & Channel Knowledge
Working knowledge of CRM channels, including email, SMS, push, and digital
Understanding of customer lifecycle strategy and journey orchestration
Technical & Platform Awareness
Familiarity with marketing technology ecosystems (e.g., ESPs, CDPs, messaging platforms)
Ability to interpret basic engagement and performance metrics
Experience Background
Agency experience strongly preferred, particularly in fast-paced and ambiguous environments

Compensation Range: $66,120 to $101,790 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
