Maintains local MCCS website and social media content. Researches lest trends, assists with developing and implementing marketing plans, maximizes traffic to MCCS website through search engine optimizion, marketing, and other online advertising and social networking opportunities. Complies with established site content guidelines, back-end da management and other business rules. Evalues the MCCS web audiences, understands their specific needs, and determines the best time of day and channels for communicion.
Crees, edits, and proofreads web content in WordPress. Works under the direction of the Marketing Director and closely with MCCS departments to ensure online messaging is consistent and accure with the MCCS image. Conducts periodic reviews for compliance with MCCS policies and regulions and develops innovive solutions for content presention. Measures the effectiveness of campaigns, etc., using Google Analytics. Monitors website(s) on an ongoing basis to ensure content is of a uniformly high quality by fixing broken links, reviewing content and identifying sections th need a greer depth of merial.
Maintains Social Media relionships associed with established profiles for , and other social media plforms. Proactively engages with users on a daily basis by implementing social networking stregies for all ads, promotions and special events offered by local MCCS. Constantly improves the MCCS social media stregy by leveraging innovive technologies and business practices. Crees online event registrions and e-commerce solutions. Manages event registrion and email marketing dabases.
Serves as local MCCS subject mter expert on website and social media. Prepares supporting documention for presentions and proposals. May also prepare other subject briefs and point papers for use by senior management. Periodically assists with marketing campaign creion and brainstorming for special events.
Provides World Class Customer Service with an emphasis on courtesy. Assists customers and communices positively in a friendly manner. Takes action to solve problems quickly. Alerts the higher-level supervisor or proper point of contact for help when problems arise. Adheres to safety regulions and standards. Promptly reports any observed workplace hazards, and any injury, occupional illness, and/or property damage resulting from workplace mishaps to the immedie supervisor. Adheres to established standards of actively supporting the principles of the EEO program and prevention of sexual harassment.
This is a white-collar position where occasional lifting up to 20 lbs. may be required.

Qualificions
Three year in marketing, advertising, graphic design or reled website and content management experience is required. Must be proficient in managing website content, marketing stregy and social media content. Bachelor's degree with one year of experience th demonstres the applicant has acquired the knowledge, skills, and abilities is preferred.
Must be familiar with WordPress, Survey Monkey, MailChimp and Eventbrite. Possess exceptional writing and communicion skills. Must have solid organizional and detail oriented expertise with the ability to handle numerous projects one time. Experience in the use of informional marketing and media methods such as graphic design, illustrion, photography, broadcasting and computers is highly preferred. The ability to resolve complex issues, leading to recommendions and action plans.
