We are one of Long Island's largest and most established masonry and outdoor living companies, with over 22 years of experience transforming properties across Nassau County, Suffolk County, and New York City. From custom patios and driveways to pools, outdoor kitchens, and pergolas, we design and build everything in-house and we take the same pride in our brand as we do in our craftsmanship.
We're growing, and we're looking for a motivated, multi-talented team member to help keep our office running smoothly while elevating our presence online and in the community.
The Role
This is a hybrid administrative and creative position - equal parts front-facing office coordinator and in-house content creator. If you love meeting people, staying organized, and have a genuine passion for social media and design, this role is for you. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, the backbone of our office operations, and the driving force behind our social media content all from our showroom in Hauppauge.
What You'll Do
Office & Client Coordination
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional, friendly manner
Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for project managers and field teams
Coordinate communication between clients, project managers, and office staff
Welcome visitors to our showroom and provide guided tours of our materials, samples, and equipment displays
Maintain an organized, welcoming front-office environment
Social Media & Content Creation
Create, edit, and post content across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms on a regular schedule
Post to local Facebook community groups to promote projects, promotions, and company news
Edit project photography to a professional standard
Produce and edit short-form and long-form video content (project highlights, reels, time-lapses, etc.)
Design graphics, promotional materials, flyers, and branded content using Adobe tools
What We're Looking For
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Figma
Demonstrated experience managing business social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook)
Ability to create and post content to local Facebook community groups
Strong photo editing skills retouching, color correction, composition
Graphic design experience layout, typography, branding
Video editing skills cutting, transitions, text overlays, music, reels
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Personal Qualities
Self-motivated you don't need to be micromanaged to get things done
Comfortable shifting between tasks throughout the day
Positive, professional, and personable you genuinely enjoy interacting with clients and visitors
A team player who communicates proactively with project managers and leadership
Reliable, punctual, and committed to a consistent MondayFriday schedule
Schedule & Compensation
