Job Description

Position Summary:

Title: Designer UX Standard III

Duration: 6 Months - Long Term

Location: Washington, DC 20433

Hybrid Onsite: 4 Days per week onsite from Day1.

HM Notes:

I am looking for a hands-on designer.

Interaction designs skills is a must have.

Visual design, research skills are optional/nice to have.

Any prior experience with UX/UI for AI solutions is a plus.

Must Have Skills:

1) Hands-on interaction design and rapid prototyping skills. Good micro-interaction and detailed scenario-specific mock up creation must have skills.

2) Ability to understand high-level requirements and clarify detailed requirements as part of an iterative design process.

Primary responsibilities:

Managing multiple projects from a UX perspective, being responsible for adherence to standards, for the timely and quality delivery of artifacts.

Financial experience is not required.

Knowledge/experience working with enterprise applications, UX for AI related use cases will be a big plus

Tools: Figma. The more proficient, the better but minimum Figma skills is mandatory.
