Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on HubSpot expert to own global email execution, automation, and performance optimization across multiple business units. This role is ideal for someone who thrives inside HubSpot Marketing Hub building advanced workflows, maintaining data hygiene, driving personalization, and clearly tying email activity to engagement, pipeline, and revenue impact.
In this multi-BU role, you will build, execute, test, and optimize email and lifecycle programs across North America and EMEA . Youll partner closely with Product Marketing Managers, Campaign Managers, and Digital Marketing to turn briefs into high-performing, measurable programs.
This is a doer role with visibility, ownership, and accountability for the global email and automation engine.
Email Creation & Execution
+ Build, QA, and execute HubSpot emails for newsletters, product launches, promotions, events, and distributor co-marketing.
+ Own end-to-end execution: templates, assets, personalization tokens, workflows, approvals, rendering QA, and final send.
+ Collaborate on email copy refining messaging for clarity, persona relevance, and performance (with support from PMMs when needed).
+ Maintain a consistent, high-quality execution standard across brands and BUs.
Segmentation, Personalization & Data Health
+ Build and maintain advanced smart lists using persona, industry, product line, account lists, lifecycle stage, region (NA/ EMEA ), and engagement behavior.
+ Apply personalization tokens, dynamic content, and conditional logic to improve relevance and performance.
+ Ensure segmentation logic aligns with consent status, data hygiene, and regional compliance.
+ Proactively identify and help resolve HubSpot data issues that impact targeting, reporting, or automation.
