Kforce is immediately adding a full-time Marketing Data Analyst in support of our nationally recognized, Consumer and Commercial Electronic R&D client in Spring, Texas (TX).
Duties Include:
- Act as a conduit between media, data infrastructure, data sciences, and marketing teams
- Supports formalization of goal setting and success measurement process for campaigns and digital projects
- Utilizes and optimizes marketing dashboards and data models
- Presents recommendations based on data analyses
- Supports data integrity, data accuracy, and testing processes
- Partners with internal and vendor support teams to report and resolve data/campaign discrepancies
- Advocates for data and analytics needs in markets and countries* Strong analytical thinking, adept at technical analysis, and skilled in handling data
- Quick to learn and apply new analytical techniques, with a foundational grasp of research methodology
- Proficient in Excel, Access, statistical analysis, and financial modeling
- Growing business acumen and technical expertise specific to the role
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities
- Basic understanding of project management principles
- Familiarity with Power BI is required, along with proficiency in SQL Server and MySQL; Knowledge of data warehousing, data mining, and data mapping is also advantageous
- Ability to work on multiple, large, time sensitive projects or work streams; Able to identify emerging trends from market and industry data, and help with clear and compelling new business recommendations
