Senior Interior Designer - HospitalityLocation: Las Vegas, NV Work Model: Hybrid / Inoffice (project dependent)About the RoleOur client, a wellestablished design firm with a strong presence in the hospitality and entertainment sector, is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join their Las Vegas studio. This role will focus on highprofile hospitality projects including hotels, resorts, casinos, restaurants, lounges, and entertainment venues, both locally and nationally.The ideal candidate brings a strong design vision, technical fluency, and the ability to lead projects from concept through completion while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and client stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesLead the interior design development of hospitality projects from concept design through construction administrationCreate and present design concepts, mood boards, FF&E palettes, space plans, and 3D visualsOversee preparation of construction documents, specifications, and consultant coordinationServe as a key point of contact for clients, operators, brand representatives, and consultantsMentor and guide junior designers and production staffCoordinate FF&E selections, custom furniture development, and vendor interactionsReview shop drawings, submittals, and conduct site visits to ensure design intent is metManage schedules and assist with budgeting and project resourcingStay current with hospitality trends, materials, and brand standardsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture (required)8+ years of professional interior design experience, with a strong focus on hospitalityProven experience working on hotel, resort, casino, or food & beverage projectsStrong design portfolio demonstrating concept development through executionProficiency in AutoCAD required; Revit experience strongly preferredExperience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); SketchUp or similar 3D tools a plusSolid knowledge of building codes, ADA, and hospitality brand standardsExcellent presentation, communication, and clientfacing skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environmentWhat's OfferedCompetitive salary commensurate with experiencePerformance bonuses and growth opportunitiesComprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO)Opportunity to work on iconic, highvisibility hospitality projectsCollaborative studio culture with strong leadership and design focus
