The Manager, Paid Media is responsible for developing paid digital media plans/strategies designed to impact clients' business outcomes. They will plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across a range of digital media channels to meet client objectives and KPIs. This role is inherently cross-functional. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer focused, team oriented, and will have an ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines. This role requires a highly collaborative individual who is analytical and uses data-enabled problem-solving capabilities to deliver flawless campaign execution. Your potential coming to life: Joining our team means you will Maintain a deep understanding of company capabilities and the client business Develop partner/channel consideration sets in response to client briefs, determining optimal mix based on platform/vendor nuances Act as the day-to-day lead in delivery of planned campaigns, collaborating with publisher partners as well as cross-functionally with internal Analytics, Digital, Creative, and Account teams to bring programs to life Execute all aspects campaign management processes - campaign strategy; tagging recommendations; platform setup; delivery management (pacing, budget, spend); analysis and reporting Maintain relationships with key vendors, platforms, and technology partners Monitor latest trends in digital advertising to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations on how clients can best leverage new tools and services Help in designing and delivering performance updates, business reviews, new audience-based programmatic solutions and growth opportunity presentations to key agency contacts Support training of team members on all aspects of campaign setup, optimizations, tactics, use of various buying platforms Basic Qualifications: 4+ years digital media experience planning and/or buying across programmatic / display/ video/mobile and paid social A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience Preferred Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in-console audience-based RTB media Display management experience, from strategic proposal creation to trafficking ads through ad servers Proficient firsthand knowledge of programmatic display and video management from targeting to optimization and execution Comfortable recommending and implementing strategic paid social campaigns across Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube, and TikTok Understanding of full-funnel campaigns, and ability to analyze and articulate how upper- and mid-funnel tactics contribute to and improve lower-funnel performance Ability to understand key client information, including general business strategy, industry issues, products and services offered, key customers and competitors in the marketplace Develop digital media plans, implement, and optimize campaigns, and impart knowledge to more junior team members Experience with both B2C and B2B campaigns in financial services or consumer technology Knowledge of audience and competitive research tools (e.g., comScore, GWI, MRI, Pathmatics) Understanding of third-party tracking and ad serving technology, specifically DCM/Google Campaign Manager 360 Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Strong communication skills, analytical abilities, perform well under pressure, and be a team player $72,000 - $100,000 a year #LI-JLF An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
