Women's Apparel Designer
An established, classic women's apparel brand is seeking a Designer to support collection development. The role is fully onsite in a highly collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop seasonal collections aligned with a classic, print-driven brand aesthetic
Create original concepts, sketches, and color stories with a strong focus on prints and patterns
Execute hand sketches and translate ideas into production-ready designs
Own and manage tech packs using Excel, ensuring accuracy and clarity for production
Collaborate closely with head designer, production team, and in-house fittings team
Support fittings and make design adjustments as needed
Maintain brand consistency across all designs and categories
Qualifications:
Approximately 5+ years of experience in women's apparel design
Strong understanding of classic American sportswear brands and aesthetics
Experience working with print-driven collections
Proficiency in hand sketching and design development
Experience creating and managing tech packs (Excel-based)
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Stable work history preferred
