Job Title: Copy Editor Contract Length: 6+ Months Remote Work Ref# 246457 The ideal candidate will independently apply human-centered design principles, content strategy, SEO best practices, accessibility standards, and brand/style guidelines to deliver effective digital experiences that solve user problems and support business objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop webpage, application, and quote flow content using clear, concise, and engaging writing aligned with brand and style standards Create user-focused digital content experiences using UX writing and content design best practices Read, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective digital content Collaborate closely with business partners, stakeholders, subject matter experts, and design teams Apply SEO best practices, accessibility guidelines, and omnichannel content strategy principles Participate in user-centered content development and iterative feedback cycles Deliver assignments in a fast-paced environment with turnaround expectations ranging from 1-3 days depending on complexity Adapt writing style based on constructive feedback and evolving business needs Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience in: UX writing Content design 6+ years of experience with: SEO best practices AP Style Style guides Experience collaborating with: Subject matter experts Design teams Strong ability to write in a clear, concise, and conversational tone Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong strategy, interpersonal, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments Ability to accept and apply constructive feedback UX Writing Certification required Strong portfolio or writing samples required Required Tools & Technologies Figma SEMrush Microsoft Word Figma Experience Requirements Edit text directly within components, frames, modals, and prototypes Navigate design panels and layered component structures Modify typography and formatting styles Configure and update components following design system guidelines Review and manage version history within design files
