Marketing Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a client within the professional services industry who is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator. This role plays a key part in maintaining a consistent brand presence, enhancing digital visibility, and supporting strategic growth efforts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a professional services environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives to ensure consistency across all channels
- Maintain and update website content, working with internal stakeholders and external partners as needed
- Manage and contribute to social media efforts, including content planning and posting
- Draft, edit, and format marketing collateral such as professional bios, practice area descriptions, newsletters, and thought leadership content
- Support search engine optimization (SEO) activities, including content optimization and keyword tracking
- Monitor website performance and marketing metrics, providing regular reporting and insights
- Assist with digital advertising campaigns by coordinating efforts, tracking performance, and supporting optimization
- Create and update branded visual materials using design tools to ensure consistency and professionalism
- Support business development initiatives, including preparation of proposals and pitch materials
- Develop and manage a content calendar, ensuring timely execution of marketing projects and deadlines
- Assist with planning sponsored events, speaking opportunities, and sponsorships
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, including SEO and social media strategy
- Experience with website content management systems and basic web functionality preferred
- Exposure to paid advertising
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $94,998.00 per year
