Role Summary
Support Google s U.S. Elections Advertising business by managing political advertisers (via agencies), executing and optimizing Google Ads & YouTube campaigns, delivering performance insights, and supporting high-volume election timelines with strict compliance and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage political advertising accounts through agencies
- Execute, optimize, and pace campaigns in Google Ads & YouTube
- Deliver client-facing insights, recommendations, and reporting
- Build performance dashboards and analyze spend & competition
- Support fast-paced election cycles with accuracy and discretion
- Ensure compliance with political advertising policies and regulations
Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on Google Ads experience (non-negotiable)
- YouTube ad buying experience (majority media spend)
- Digital media buying background (political preferred)
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- Advanced Excel & reporting (pivots, dashboards)
Preferred Skills
- Political campaign or political ad agency experience
- Programmatic / DSP / Meta ads exposure
- Looker Studio / Data Studio reporting
- Competitive and spend analysis
