PRODUCTION ASSISTANT - Calvin Klein & Tommy Hilfiger Dress Division

S. Rothschild & Co (Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger Dress division) is seeking a Product Assistant to join our growing production team. Responsibilities: Coordinate with tech design team to ensure all samples are submitted from factory on timely basis Create POS, Cut tickets in AS400 for factories Review and approve labels and packaging for oversea factories Create buy chart for sales/design/tech/production buy meetings Follow up with factories on all AD/sales samples required Work with Production Director to put together samples/tech packs packages for costing with oversea factories Set up and keep records for all approval process Orders stores price tickets to be sent to factories Requirements: Proficient in Excel /outlook. AS400 experiences a must 2+ years of working experience in dress background Bachelor's Degree Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Job Type: Full-time Salary: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year (based on experience) Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Pre-tax Transit 401(k); 401k Match Profit Sharing ESOP Paid time off
