**What Youll Do**
* Lead the full content lifecycle for interactive training and sales enablement materials, from concept through final delivery, collaborating closely with writers, designers, and stakeholders.
* Work with external clients and internal team members to develop custom courseware for a variety of subject matter and audiences.
* Serve as content owner, conducting thorough research and analysis, writing outlines and scripts, and shepherding course development from initial concept through final, functional product.
* Translate complex product information, strategic briefs, and creative direction into structured, audience-appropriate content.
* Manage production timelines, asset tracking, and deliverable reviews across multiple simultaneous projects.
* Create, manipulate, and optimize digital content assets, including XML, HTML, and audio files.
* Perform meticulous editing, proofreading, and quality assurance testing to ensure accuracy, adherence to brand, legal, and editorial guidelines.
* Publish content on internal platforms, including tagging, aggregating data from multiple sources, and performing QA on the live site.
* Own end-to-end publishing, ensuring assets are live, correct, and functioning as intended the first time.
* Partner with subject matter experts and program leads to validate content accuracy and relevance.
* Work with developers to troubleshoot system issues, document solutions, and improve platform reliability.
* Assist backend system development for new tools and platform features via structured user testing and actionable feedback.
* Continuously refine production processes to improve quality and reduce cycle time.
* Identify and advocate for opportunities in automation, AI, and publishing efficiency.
* Work cross-functionally to understand, shape, and execute the content and publishing strategy.
* Make informed recommendations on both content structure and publishing approach based on deep knowledge of tools, platforms, and global sales audiences.
* Use systems expertise and problem-solving skills to develop scalable, creative solutions to production and publishing challenges.
* Communicate effectively and professionally with corporate clients and internal cross-functional teams across time zones.
* Work both independently and collaboratively in an ambiguous, fast-paced, and frequently evolving environment.
**Required Qualifications**
* Undergraduate Degree in English, creative writing, or a related field.
* 10+ years of experience in content production, publishing, or a related field within a technical content environment.
* Proven experience in writing and producing top-notch, deadline-driven creative content.
* Strong working knowledge of content management systems platforms, web applications, and internal content systems.
* Strong understanding of content production workflows, from brief to publish.
* Exceptional attention to detail, precise editing skills, and a disciplined approach to testing, quality assurance, and content accuracy.
* Ability to proof content and ensure it adheres to brand, legal, and editorial guidelines.
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
* Above average ability to research and problem solve.
* Possess clarity and creativity in writing and organization of information.
* Comfortable with new technology and operating in an ambiguous, fast-paced, and frequently evolving environment.
* Strong communicator with experience working cross-functionally and across time zones.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience producing interactive or digital customer-facing content (e.g., guided selling tools).
* Familiarity with localization workflows and regional publishing considerations.
* Background in instructional design, editorial, or sales enablement content.
* Experience contributing to platform or tooling feedback loops with technical teams.
* Familiarity with HTML, XML, or other programming languages.
