**Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with clients, designers, and production teams to develop and execute creative concepts that align with project goals and brand identity.

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers and artists, fostering a productive and positive work environment.

- Oversee the entire design process, from initial concept development to final execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual materials and platforms.

- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members, helping them grow and refine their skills.

- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our creative outputs remain cutting-edge and competitive.

- Collaborate with other departments to integrate visual design with other elements of marketing and production.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

- Present and articulate creative ideas and concepts to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback into final designs.

- Ensure that all visual outputs are aligned with the client's objectives and meet the company's quality standards.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

- Proven experience in a senior design or art direction role, preferably within a similar industry.

- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and design proficiency.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop creative talent.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and inspire others.

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for storytelling through visual design.
