Essential Job Functions- Performs as part of the infrastructure team
- Consults with individuals providing technology assistance, guidance and support, and technology recommendations
- Designs and evaluates concepts, ideas, needs, and objectives
- Consults with stakeholders to ensure outcomes meet objectives
- Plans project execution and coordination to meet goals and objectives to close media technology related projects
- Supports media technology deployed across the campuses with User Services Team
- Provides IT support for desktops, laptops
- Acts as liaison between the university and vendors
Bachelors degree in related field
Masters degree preferred
Five (5) years related experience
Experience in collaborating on formal project teams
Experience in technology services, multimedia management, video conference systems, etc.
Experience in higher education desirable

Knowledge of video conference principles and practices and video conference system integrations
Knowledge of multimedia hardware and software troubleshooting techniques
Knowledge of multi-programing computer operating techniques

Ability to communicate technical information effectively to technical and non-technical individuals
Ability to coordinate equipment utilization and implement new technologies
