Seeking a reliable, self-directed team member to manage retail operations and support digital media production for a wellness education business. The role mixes customer service, product management, and hands-on content work. Ideal candidates enjoy variety, learn quickly, and work confidently on their own; all technical skills can be trained.

Key Responsibilities

Retail & Customer Experience

Provides warm, helpful customer service

Supports product questions and purchases

Processes sales via Square

Keeps the retail space clean and inviting

Refreshes displays and merchandising

Monitors, organizes, and restocks inventory

Online Store & Order Fulfillment

Upload new products to the online shop, including photos and descriptions

Maintain accurate inventory between in-store and online systems

Process and ship online orders in a timely manner

Digital Media & Course Support

Edit video clips and still images for online courses and marketing

Prepare and upload course materials to a learning management system

Organize digital files, media assets, and course content

Assist with basic technical tasks related to online course setup

Marketing & Social Media

Create simple promotional posts for social media

Photograph products, displays, or events as needed

Help schedule and publish content across platforms

Qualifications

Required

Friendly, outgoing, and dependable

Comfortable working independently

Willing to learn new technology and systems

Strong attention to detail

Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred (Not Required)

Interest in complementary wellness practices (yoga, herbalism, holistic living, etc.)

Experience with social media, photography, or video editing

Retail or customer service background

Work Environment

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a calm, creative, wellness-focused environment and likes having a mix of hands-on retail tasks and digital media work. You will often be the primary person on site, so reliability and self-direction are essential. Position involves on-site and remote work setting.
