The Square One New Talent Stylist Training Program is an education program designed to give new hair stylists the training they need to start their careers at Square One successfully. You will receive technical classes while assisting and learning from a Square One Mentor.

Square One New Talent Stylists assist their Mentor stylist in providing above and beyond service by performing the Aveda and Square One rituals, booking appointments, shampooing guests, mixing and applying color, and other duties as required.

Education:

• Licensed Cosmetologist in the State of Ohio
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to attend and satisfactorily complete all company-required education.
• Ability to work retail hours including weekends, holidays, evenings special events.
• Must be able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Team player.
