This role will support the Multimedia Center of Excellence, Consumer and Community Banking Communications team, with a focus on design and producing multimedia content, including graphics, animations, videos, and interactive presentations.Ideal candidates are proficient in advanced features within Canva, have corporate communications design experience, and a portfolio showcasing multimedia design experience across a multitude of channels Responsibilities:
Design and develop digital and print communication materials and assets, including graphics, video, and motion graphics.
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and communication strategies.
Partner across lines of business and contribute to brainstorming sessions and ideation processes.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Establish and maintain a clear, organized system for file naming and management to enhance team efficiency and collaboration, and manage communication assets for seamless team access and use.
Apply best practices in accessibility and usability standards to all design work. Contribute to brand development, including new brand guidelines, and collaborate on storyboards and production briefs for multimedia content.
Present communication strategy and production plans to leadership, influencing outcomes.

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in communications, project management, or client-facing roles.
Expertise in Canva and knowledge of its advanced features.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Portfolio showcasing a wide range of multimedia experience for digital ads, email, presentations, banners, infographics, etc and demonstrating strong visual design sense with expertise in layout, composition, typography, and color.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and collaboration abilities.
Self-starter who can adapt quickly to shifting priorities and tight timelines.
Education in Communications or a related field preferred; financial services or technology industry experience is a plus.
Familiarity with multimedia production, UX/UI, or responsive design is a plus.
Hands-on experience with video editing is a plus.
