About the Role
The Talent Acquisition (TA) Communications team drives clarity, consistency, and connection across the TA function globally through leadership communication, employee engagement, change management and publicity. We shape how we tell our story-internally and externally-by aligning messaging, creating high-impact content, and enabling recruiters with tools and narratives that help them influence, engage, and hire more effectively.
This role will support executive communications and brand storytelling for the Talent Acquisition org. You'll craft visually compelling, high-impact presentations and digital assets that bring our work to life-shaping how we communicate with senior leaders, hiring teams, the business and the broader talent market. It's a unique opportunity to elevate the voice of TA and influence how we show up as a strategic, world-class recruiting function.
What You'll Do
- Develop and deliver high-impact executive communications: Includes presentations, talking points, and narratives for senior leaders
- Create visually compelling, on-brand decks and digital assets that enhance storytelling, support key initiatives, and elevate TA's internal and external presence.
- Collaborate with TA leadership and recruiting teams to ensure messaging is aligned, engaging, and business-relevant.
- Continuously refine templates, tone, and visual systems to support consistency and quality across TA communications globally.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of communications experience, preferably in a global company.
- Strong design skills: Fluency in tools like Google Slides and Canva; experience building visually impactful presentations and digital assets. Proficient in traditional and digital comms channels and constantly learning, evolving and innovating.
- An excellent communicator: Creative, self-motivated, and meticulous. Experience translating complex ideas and data into simple, clear, concise, compelling content. Can quickly understand and articulate what we need employees to know, feel, and do; has an inclusive, global lens.
- Strong collaboration skills: Effectively develops relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and brings different perspectives to the table.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects with shifting priorities and in ambiguous environments.

For Dallas, TX-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$82,000 per year - USD$91,000 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$91,000 per year - USD$101,000 per year.
