The Technical Web Producer is part of the Ad Operations team and will work closely with cross functional support and campaign management departments to execute on large complex requests and unique programs. The role centers around our premium ad products and out of the box custom programs. This role will be responsible for the web development, production, and support of custom advertising products and programs, including but not limited to providing technical solutions, developing product enhancements, program management, troubleshooting and implementation. Design, develop, and manage the implementation and fulfillment of custom advertising programs.Development and support of LinkedIn Custom Targeting Segments.Implementation and technical support of LinkedIn Custom groups and Content Ads products.Work with Custom Solutions teams on roadmaps and/or custom product ideas.Work with Product teams to help drive ideas and develop next generation LinkedIn ad products and/or enhance current product offerings.Screen incoming creative to uphold content restrictions and specs.Prepare and/or edit HTML, CSS or Javascript code used to deliver custom media assets.Develop and manage the certification of Rich Media Vendor Technologies.Requirements:Expert level in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript must be able to manipulate and/or develop code for use where necessary.4-5 years minimum of online advertising operations experience.Possess an understanding of site ad functionality, including knowledge of all ad products. available on LinkedIn, general availability and performance of each unit.Understanding of ad-serving technologies, particularly DART for Publishers (DFP).Knowledge of 3rd party advertising tags (Mediaplex, Atlas, and Doubleclick).Proficient in Flash technologies and ActionScript.Experience working with databases, SQL preferred.Ability to multi-task, and work efficiently in a high-paced environment.Able to interact comfortably with both clients and other internal departments.Ideal candidate is someone who possesses the ability to take initiative and drive projects with minimal supervision.Experience working with scripting languages (PHP/ASP/PERL) preferred.BA/BS Degree.Essentials:Your professional network of trusted contacts gives you an advantage in your career, and is one of your most valuable assets.
