Position Results Description (PRD)
Position Overview
This team member is an independent contractor working exclusively for Shea Homes Active Lifestyle Communities at a remote location and provides his/her own equipment and supplies.
Design and produce print marketing materials including sales collateral, flyers, poster POS, direct mailer, brochures, OOH, on site signage, and more. This person is also the leader for creating cohesive integrated campaigns including print materials as well as story boards for media rich, flash banners, micosites and landing pages.
There is a strong need to be able to follow brand guidelines and maintain a brand. This person will need to have strong design skills and is responsible for the direction of campaigns and drives the majority of the development process. This person also prepares final art files and builds mechanical and submits to publication on time and creates the schedules.

The candidate must be a team-player with strong communications skills.
