Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the Associate Creative Director is
to lead concept and design development of high quality creative
work, both graphic and writing, that consistently addresses

Guides the creative team within the studio in developing

creative teams to ensure seamless integration of design
requirements into all phases of production.
Organizes and leads the creative conceptualization process and
product development, within the assigned time frames and budget (as
specified by the assigned project manager), in preparation for
internal reviews by the client services team.
Serves as a creative team lead by regularly reviewing the work
of Sr. Art Directors, Art Directors, etc.
Raises the quality of the creative work within the department.
Collaborates with the Creative Director to set the creative tone
and establish best practices with the agency's overall creative
vision; and to ensure the quality, strategy and integrity of all
creative deliverables.
Shares the role of the creative strategic lead in client
relationships, as appropriate and assigned by the Creative
Director.
Supports new business opportunities by contributing to and/or
participating in proposals, pitches and presentations to current or
prospective clients, as needed or requested by the Creative
Director and/or Managing Director.
Supports the Creative Director in the recruitment, retention
and professional development of the studio creative teams. This
includes: identifying and leveraging staff talent, providing
industry and professional mentorship/development, and empowering
staff decision making when appropriate. Is directly accountable for
the timely completion of staff performance evaluations; and for
collaborating with the Creative Director to identify training needs
and provide those opportunities as necessary and/or
appropriate.
Maintains knowledge of current with technological developments
within creative advertising, as they apply to our work. Uses this
knowledge to develop and implement training and development
programs for the creative teams on new methodologies, creative
approaches, conceptual strategies, and/or similar. Also assists in
the ongoing creative education of other disciplines within the
agency to improve overall performance of creative against client
objectives.
Works with the Creative Director to monitor and evaluate the
department structure for the creative teams to ensure we are
positioned to meet deliverables for existing clients, accommodate
new business opportunities (inter-company and external) and adjust
to changing industry needs/trends. This includes defining new
positions as required, and participating in hiring decisions as
needed, to appropriately manage the business.
Supports colleagues and team members with special projects as
needed or requested.

Oggifinogi is seeking a highly experienced Creative Director to oversee to oversee the creative vision for the advertising campaigns that the company creates. The creative director will be responsible for meeting with clients to understand their needs for campaigns, writing creative briefs, working with our team of designers/developers to create advertising units, and presenting and reviewing those with the clients. The creative director should be very detail oriented, hands on, and have the ability to multitask in a very fast paced environment. Experience working with rich media a plus.
Skills
A minimum of 5+ years of experience in agency creative services (all aspects of ad production).
Must possess a strong portfolio of imaginative work; have an extremely fine ear for good copy; have excellent grasp of advertising concepts; be an inspired people-manager and understand how designers ?tick? for them to behave brilliantly.
Must have a superb command and technical knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, After Effects, Sound Booth; be well versed on Macintosh platform (OSX); HTML a plus.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the proven ability to build and maintain strong and effective customer and internal relationships; strong project management skills, organizational skills and time-management skills.
Ability to autonomously identify issues, analyze potential solutions and use expert technical judgment to make sound business decisions; ability to respond and perform swiftly and seamlessly in a rapidly changing business environment.
